    A fluffy and flowery friendship
This story introduces us to two individuals. The cute girl that waters the school garden's flowers that everyone has idolized because she seems to be the perfect girl. And the MMC who helps at at his family's flower shop, eventually becoming the only one to obtain this hard-to-reach flower and become the only friend of the FMC. The only problem I have with this is that the FML has low self esteem because she doesn't have any friends. It's not fair that she doesn't have any friends just because everyone else at her school feels she excels more than they do.

    Collection of oneshots
Typically longer stories with a consistent cast and plot line get licensed. It's not often you'll find a single volume of different one-chapter length stories about different characters available to read. These are sweet little stories that you could read if you have some time to fill.

Still liking them after a haircut
Typically I would get impatient with a series like this, wanting him to confess his feelings right away. But there is something about this series that I don't get tired of. Watching him interact with his crush is cute. If you're thinking of giving this a try, I'd say go for it!

The traditions of a Japanese witch
This is a calming series where life is slow and not a lot really happens, but from a witches point of view. This means we get to experience what it's like to pull out screaming carrots from soil or pass by an owl man, all while watching her relax with her friends, old and new.

    Can't be trusted
So firstly he lied to her, and secondly they are in front of a crowd. That's bound to create a mixture of emotions for the female lead. But starting a relationship like this, is not something I want to read.

    A shojo parody
This review contains spoilers. Having been introduced to all of her potential suitors, you know there is one character she is meant to be with. So when the story reaches just over it's halfway mark, we finally get to see her make a choice. A predictable choice that doesn't resolve anything. Until a little later when she actually chooses one of the friends around her.

    Goes on for too long
Having only read some chapters, I was at the edge of my seat and wanted to know what would happen next. However, it's one of those series where I lost interest after a while of waiting. It wasn't captivating enough for me to want to continue with it.

    Overview
Even though I'm not one to care about social hierarchy, I do enjoy when the male lead(s) blush! This story has both, and while I haven't read the whole thing yet, there is a lot to discover just from a couple of chapters.

One of the worst male leads
His tactics for making her fall in love with him are the worst. This is not how you should go about making someone notice your feelings. But she somehow "falls in love" with him anyway. Or did she just get used to having him around?

    Based on the anime
Two individuals meet to help and encourage each other. While they may not agree all of the time, they are able to save one another and let one another realise the answer to what they had been stuck on for so long.

    Bring tissues
The story follows the hardships of a long distance relationship (similarly to previous Makoto Shinkai works). Watching over things like the trains getting delayed and the evenings growing darker. Seeing how other people in their lives who also care for them are affected by it too. And just when you think they've truly drifted apart Shinkai will show just a glimpse of what a happy ending could've been for his characters.

    Not for me
While this is a shojo, it doesn't act anything like one. The female lead declares their relationship on and off far more than it should be, and don't even get me started on the all-over-the-place male lead. It wasn't for me so I wouldn't recommend it.

    Is 'cool' the right word?
This review contains spoilers. Shikimori is a normal high school student. She only looks cool because she knows how to save Izumi from dangerous situations. This manga follows the already established couple of Yu and Mi (nice word play). He used all of his luck asking her out and she accepted the role of being his bodyguard (not literally). However, the story does follow the typical tropes of love triangles, but they way they are handled are unique and not frustrating. Shikimori becomes friends with the love rival and hears her out instead of what we usually get.

    Couldn't finish the first chapter
And I barely remember what had happened all I remember is that I stopped reading because the male annoyed me. Just because your famous, doesn't mean you'll always get what you want. The female lead shouldn't fall for him even if they are childhood friends. His attitude should improve before she starts to like him.

Japan's spin on The Little Mermaid
When you've run out of ideas for a new story, why not look back on the successful works of others and give it a go for yourself? While the description describes the manga accurately, after the first two chapters, I won't be finishing this.

    Who cares what others think
This review contains spoilers. The FMC doesn't like the clothes she wears to school because she doesn't have the confidence to dress how she wants to- So you're telling me she spends her money on clothing she would rather not be wearing, just because of someone else's opinion of her? I get that it's for a story but, don't be like her. Aside from her dressing like she's in a rock band, her crush(?) and another boy suddenly appear and explain to her that she is a magical girl now. At least the cover of each volume has her telling us what number the volume is by how many fingers she or the guardian characters are holding up.

    Mechs, messages and melancholy

    More than it seems
This mismatched pair quickly become a couple to which we shortly find out they aren't all that different. However, drama ensues starting with his issues and then with hers, ending in an unexpected way. The story also branches out to the side characters which will keep you on your toes.

Modern day Say "I Love You".
This review contains spoilers. Making the anime canon, this tale explores the life of Yamato's little sister Nagi. Of course we don't know that until a few chapters in. But after everything is said and done, she is confronted with an online viewer who is spreading rumors. But with a new love by her side, they are able to save the day. I'd recommend giving this a read!

Far more bitter than it was sweet
This review contains spoilers. This is a slow story which focused on a dramatic tale of two individuals saving eachother through the power of music. I feel the FMC should've just been honest from the start rather than waiting until the end but this is a sad story making you want to cry.
